A full renovation with indoor-outdoor living
A complete renovation of a Paddington home by Base Architecture, opening the living areas onto a new pool and outdoor room with city views. The work included a new kitchen, built-in dining, bathrooms and bedrooms, all finished with timber floors and custom joinery.
The existing house held some surprises during the build. The entire upper floor was more than 100 mm out of plumb, and we brought the whole level back into plumb as part of the works.
"We could not have been happier with both the process of building and the end product." Amanda Tuckey, owner
